Ferrari has shown us the 599 roadster--called the SA Aperta--that it will present at the Paris auto show. This is a special series model of which a strictly limited number of just 80 will be built. All have already been sold. Ferrari chose to build 80 SA Apteras in celebration of Pininfarina's 80th anniversary. The SA nomenclature also pays homage to both Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina whose company and work have been linked to the most successful road-going cars ever built at Maranello.

The SA Aptera is a true roadster which allows its occupants to enjoy the superlative emotions afforded by our signature front-engined V12 architecture in a completely open-top setting. In fact, it has just a light soft top designed to be resorted to only if the weather gets particularly bad. A low-slung windscreen and the fact that it crouches lower to the ground than our other models lend the SA Aptera an exceptionally aerodynamic sleekness. Its profile arches back from the A-post to two aerodynamic fins beautifully integrating the two roll-bars which themselves cleverly mimic the outline of the seats.

With full specs to be announced later at the show, the car is powered by a front mounted V12 from the 599, producing 661 hp and can hit the top speed of 100 km/hr in 3.7 seconds exceeding 205 mph. The roadster also features a rudimentary soft-top to shield against elements. The price hasn’t been announced however there are rumors that it would cost somewhere in the range of $500,000.

The stunning new Ferrari 458 Italia will succeed the famed F430, and is completely new according to the company. The numeric part of the name is derived from the engine displacement (4.5 liters) and number of cylinders (eight), while the Italia name was chosen because Ferrari feels the car exemplifies the flair and passion of its homeland. Of course, it wouldn’t be a new Ferrari without input from legendary F1 champ Michael Schumacher, who aided in the 458’s development since the inception of the project.

The engine was perhaps the most efficient normally aspirated powerplant ever made. It produces 570 hp from 4.5 liters of displacement without forced induction. Direct fuel injection, a crazy 12.5:1 compression ratio, a 9,000-rpm redline and numerous friction-reducing internal improvements make this one of the most amazing engines I've ever revved.

The Ferrari 458 Italia was named the 2009 Top Gear car of the year.

The base price for Ferrari’s new supercar is £169,545 – or around $275,000 in the latest exchange rates. And that’s just a ‘simple’ version of the 458. Should you wish to put more add-ons to the supercar, then you’re more than likely to hit the £200,000 mark - $325,000 – which, if you must know is well in reach of the selling price for a 612 Scaglietti.

Designed to be an extreme track car, the Ferrari 599XX features Ferrari’s latest technological developments from its road-going and Formula One work. Engineers began by modifying the 6.0-liter V12’s combustion chambers, intake and exhaust systems, raising redline to 9,000 rpm and adopting lighter-weight components.The result: an increased output of 700 hp. Paired with the engine is a retuned transmission that completes gear shifts in just 60 milliseconds.

When it comes to any new Ferrari models we never get tired of seeing them. Especially when that model has not yet been officially released and they are trying to keep it in hiding. The Ferrari 599 Roadster has been spotted once again in Italy.

The best part about this picture is that we get to see it without its top. The test mule has donned a roof that doesn’t quite fit - which leads us to believe that Ferrari will be introducing a convertible version of the 599. We could expect it to be a folding hard top like that on the California, a soft top like that on the F430 Spider, or a rotating flip top like that on the 575M-based Superamerica.

Of course we might be thinking out of the box too much and it could just mean that it will become a normal production model or even a special edition Ferrari. When Ferrari was asked what they were working on at the moment they only said that they had many ideas. Obviously they gave no details. So for now we have to wait.

Ferrari Testarossa was born in the last century of the 1980s, provided an excellent choice for the rich,  compared  now $ 50,000 U.S. dollars to more than 20 years ago $500,000 U.S. dollars it worth much more. By events, 20 years later, St. Louis museum  brought us this luxury-class car, the price is only half of that year.
