Mitsubishi has released the first official images of the U.S. version of its 2012 i-MiEV electric minicar, just a week before the car is unveiled at the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show.

The company also released some specifications for the little i-MiEV. Against the home-market version, the i-MiEV that will be sold in the States is almost a foot longer, at 145 inches; 4.5 inches wider, at 62.5 inches; and just a hair taller, at 63.5 inches.

2012 Buick Regal GS Has Arrived

2012 Buick Regal GS

After a length buildup, Buick has officially revealed its performance-minded Regal GS at the Los Angeles Auto SHow.

The Buick Regal GS production car features a 255 horsepower, 295 lb-ft. of torque, direct-injected, turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission that distributes its power to the front wheels through the HiPerStrut system – which is aimed at reducing torque steer.

The Dodge Grand Caravan is part of the original family of minivans. Originated as a concept at Ford, the minivan was rejected by that automaker and found a home at Chrysler. Under Lee Iacocca's leadership, the company introduced the first Dodge Caravan and Plymouth Voyager in the 1984 model year, and the resulting success ensured Chrysler would move out of the K-car era and on to minivan leadership.

The new Saab 9-4x luxury crossover enters a segment ripe with competition, with the best from Europe, Japan, and the U.S. battling for supremacy. The question is, can Saab regain its mojo with a product based on the Cadillac SRX?

Most beautiful concept: Jaguar C-X75

The jaguar c-x75 concept car brings a racing mentality to an electric car. the car was unveiled at the 2010 paris motor show to celebrate the company’s 75th anniversary. the car has four separate electric motors located at each wheel delivering 196 horsepower each. these engines are run on batteries that
are powered by two micro-gas turbines. the jaguar engineers estimate that the car could reach 205 mph with a driving range of 560 miles.
